We love it when we get a good review.
- Firstly it means a customer is willing to tell the world that they've been impressed by us. We take pride in the quality of our work, so customer endorsements really matter.
- Secondly it lets new customers who are considering buying one of our bike and bin stores know they can trust us to do a good job.
So we're delighted that nearly all of our feedback has been perfect. Out of 44 reviews, 43 have given us a 5-star rating. Of course the critical review we received is even more important. It challenges us to keep raising standards, refine our communications and continue to improve every shed we build. We don't just want to build great products; we want every customer to have a five-star experience.
Trustpilot's rating scheme says "To make sure a business with fewer reviews starts off with a balanced score" Trustpilot "automatically include the value of 7 reviews worth 3.5 stars each" [Link]. That means we're never going to get a 5-star score. For now they score us 4.4 which still has nice ring to it.
Now we need to keep the run going... Next stop 100 five-star reviews!
