Winning Larger Projects
Some of the projects we’re most proud of are those we’ve delivered for housing developers and public sector clients. Developers ask for our help when they want to add high quality bike and bin storage to housing developments.
Our USP is simple storage built to the highest standards. So we pride ourselves on the skilled craftsmanship we bring to even the largest projects.
Perimeter Solutions were providing a range of services under sub-contract to the lead developer Cambium on the prestigious Victoria Drive development in Wandsworth. They asked us to tender to provide bike, bin and recycling storage for all 64 properties. We were excited to be asked to be involved and delighted when we discovered we’d been successful in winning the work.
Victoria Drive
As usual, we built from Douglas fir because of the its durability and good looks. We’re also proud to be able to source our timber locally from sustainable sources.
Our standard product range usually meets the needs of our retail customers. But for bigger clients and commercial clients we normally expect to develop bespoke designs. That allows us match the overall design language and specific needs and constraints of the project. That was the approach we took for Victoria Drive, allowing us to tie-in with the development’s wider design language and supply units matched to the available space.
Client feedback was positive, and we’re proud to see that our sheds now feature on the websites of estate agents like Knight-Frank and Savills, in promotional photos of homes in excess of £1.5m. If they think our sheds add value to homes, we must be doing something right!
